Successful launch of FleetWave CORE proves popular with smaller fleets

SME organisations across the globe are benefiting from the fleet management software solution

Our fleet software management package, FleetWave CORE, is celebrating success having achieved the highest number of sales within a six month period when compared to our previous new product launches. It is proving to be a very popular complete ‘out-of-the-box’ solution containing the key modules that SME operations across the Globe are successfully utilising to monitor fleet performance to make informed business decisions.

And we are pleased to say, it shows no signs of slowing down.

FleetWave CORE is a pre-configured complete package that once purchased, is ready to use almost immediately. Unlike many fleet software management systems, there are no lengthy deployment times with our solution as project management and other services needed to commission larger enterprise level systems are not required.

Each module is taken from our multi-award winning FleetWave enterprise management system which is used across the world-wide by leading fleet institutions. This has enabled us to provide a high calibre solution for those fleets operating within restricted budgets.

David Gladding, Global Director of Sales and Marketing explains, “We are coming across a number of fleets that are still relying heavily on traditional paper-based and spreadsheet fleet reporting procedures. Analysing this information to make credible business decisions can be both tricky and time-consuming. Opportunities to improve efficiency and create cost savings are often being missed.

“By incorporating such software, administrative tasks are reduced and fleet managers can find better ways of utilising their fleet which creates a healthy return on their investment.”

As will all FleetWave products, CORE has undergone a series of updates since being launched in. With version 1.4 set to go live shortly, a new addition is a stock inventory module can reduce administrative tasks associated with maintaining parts allocations. Users will be able to manage stock adjustments, assign parts to job cards and create low-level alerts for re-ordering.

As with all modules within both FleetWave and CORE, it is fully compatible with FleetWave Forms, a mobile app enabling field-based employees to complete tasks whilst mobile, thereby reducing paper-based administrative tasks once back in the office.

Other features of CORE include dashboard KPIs, vehicle registry and allocations, fuel management, accident history, costing reports, maintenance reports and regulatory and legal compliance functions.
