How will I be kept informed?
Changes will primarily be rolled out via the Regional Operations Leads (ROLs).
Regional Operations Leads will ensure that all delivery staff are aware of changes, the reason for them and the benefits they are expected to bring.
Where processes are to be defined or updated, stakeholders in that process will be identified and consulted.
We will also provide a regular update via email to ensure that the whole business understands at a high level the latest changes that have been rolled out.
Our next update will be on Monday 2nd December. In this we will be providing a link to the refreshed standard document set on SharePoint, along with an introductory guide explaining how those documents should be used.
