Chevin hosts second annual European User Group Meeting
Over 30 delegates attended this year’s European User Group Meeting, hosted at London’s Motor Museum.
With some of Europe’s biggest industry names in attendance – including both new and legacy FleetWave clients – this year’s European User Group Meeting was a resounding success.
Hosted at the London Motor Museum in Hayes, Greater London, the event’s agenda included a number of engaging and informative presentations – from new product announcements and software upgrades, to best practise showcases and Chevin’s future road map – as well as two hands-on training workshops that were delivered by Stephen de Launay, Chevin’s Product Manager.
Hearing how their feedback from last year’s event has influenced product upgrades, delegates were introduced to a number of enhanced features – including a new user interface – and Chevin’s brand-new mobile app, FleetWave Forms, was unveiled.
Designed as an exclusive networking and training event, attendees also had the chance to share personal insight on how they apply FleetWave to their business and, once again, were invited to provide feedback on the product to help shape future development.
The user group meeting is also a valuable opportunity for us at Chevin. Every year we take time during this event to listen to customer feedback and hear suggestions and ideas that may become part of our product roadmap for the future.
Ashley Sowerby, Managing Director at Chevin, said:
“It was terrific to see so many users at the event. Customer feedback is extremely important, not only for helping us insure that our customers are getting the most value from their investment in FleetWave, but also so that we can continuously improve our software.
“With the ongoing guidance and input we receive from customers at our annual user group meeting and throughout the year, we are able to continually expand FleetWave’s capabilities and enhance our customers’ experience.”
