Product development investment reaps growth success

The successful launch of new products has boosted sales across Europe

We are pleased to announce that the company can report a 14% growth across European group during the last financial year, period ending August 2018. The company has European offices located in the UK, Belgium and France.

Credit to such growth is due to new customers adopting our FleetWave products and the successful launch of series of new tools and upgrades that have invigorated interest in our products with both new and existing customers.

We welcome to Chevin a number of significant client signings both here and in Europe during the past twelve months including Derbyshire County Council,  Cheshire Fire & Rescue and Fast Despatch.

FleetWave CORE, which was launched earlier on in the year, is an entry level complete software management package containing all of the modules that a small to medium sized business would need to successfully manage their fleet. Such is the flexibility of CORE that additional tools can be ‘bolted on’ to the original system to create a bespoke system.  This pre-packaged solution has enabled us to promote our FleetWave products to a wider market, the results of which have been a significant contribution to our growth.

CORE has seen several of our existing clients upgrade from our legacy RoadBASE to the system.

Our other notable product developments that have helped us deliver growth success include:

The launch of a new user interface for FleetWave
A new mobile phone app, FleetWave Forms, which improves field-based data collection
The ability for FleetWave to support additional languages

Chevin are nearing completion of a maintenance scheduling tool, the Workshop Hub. Set to be launched early next year, the Workshop Hub will be an asset to support vehicle technicians. A new dynamic help system is also currently being implemented for a faster, more personalised support service.

Ashley Sowerby, Managing Director at Chevin Fleet Solutions, said:

“Chevin’s acceleration into growing success reflects the evolution of our software’s as a programme of enhancements, updates and improvements continues. We remain at the forefront in addressing new industry trends and develop our products to meet customer needs in fleet management.

“Our growth surpassed last year’s target and is forecasted to continue into next year as we strengthen our presence across all territories. We proud that Chevin continues to remain the provider of choice for some of the largest fleets across the globe.”
