With our business growth showing no indication of slowing, several new team members have been recruited to support our local and global operations.

In Australia/Asia-Pacific, three new members of staff have joined us across a number of departments:

Jackie Kirk, Regional Sales Leader: Jackie has been brought on board to continue driving our expansion in the Asia-Pacific region by generating further growth in sales. She is responsible for developing the local sales strategy and overseeing support for all of our clients.
Kenneth Hummel, Business Analyst: Kenneth enters into a new role created to reinforce business expansion and ensure strong customer support.
Jade Varley, Internal Sales Representative: Responsible for managing client accounts as well as identifying new business development opportunities

Furthermore, we have this month finalised recruitment of a number of new team members in our United Kingdom and North America offices.

Ashley Sowerby, Chevin Managing Director, explains:

“As the leading global supplier of fleet management software, we have seen steadily-increasing revenue over recent years, with fleet and asset managers increasingly recognising the value of our products as effective asset management tools.

“In line with this growth, we are in a strong position to continue our expansion with the recruitment of several new staff members globally to help drive business further and support our customers.”

Chevin’s revenue increased 57% year-on-year in 2016 – a figure that represents the largest increase in the company’s 27-year history. Other highlights of 2016 include the opening of a new office in France, expansion into the Middle East, and the recruitment of 27 employees around the world.

2017’s subsequent recruitment drive was first planned by the Chevin board of directors at a global strategy meeting held in October, where Ashley commented:

“One of the most exciting aspects of our recent growth is that Chevin has greater resources available than ever before when it comes to meeting customer needs. When it comes to investing in the future, we can do so on a larger scale than ever before – and that is exactly what we plan to do.”

Speaking in more detail today, Ashley reveals:

“We have three specific goals for our global strategy: To maximise revenue growth; to streamline and improve product delivery; and to invest in future growth.

“To help meet these goals we are recruiting a dedicated sales team, focused on further establishing and expanding Chevin within the Asia-Pacific region.

“The new team members announced today to fill these roles are experienced and dedicated. They will be valued members of a professional but approachable team that helps drive Chevin’s business forward: I am delighted to welcome them all on board.”
