US Customer Conference 2024
This year, we hosted our 9th Annual Customer Conference in the U.S. from May 13th to 15th in the beautiful desert oasis of Scottsdale, Arizona, known for its upscale charm and vibrant arts scene. Our attendees rated the event an impressive 4.9 out of 5 stars!
The conference brought together over 50 participants from 26 companies, collectively managing nearly a quarter of a million vehicles.

Industry Insights
Jill Porter, Director of Continuous Improvement, Premier Truck Rental. Jill shared her experience using FleetWave to manage over 12,000 vehicles. Her session, “Why FleetWave Was the Right Solution for PTR,” offered valuable insights into how FleetWave has met their fleet management needs and scaled with their company’s growth.
Ask the Expert
Our in-person “Ask the Expert” sessions made a successful return. These 30-minute one-on-one sessions are designed to help customers navigate and optimize the FleetWave platform. They offer personalized advice on reporting and customization, as well as the opportunity to make live changes to their systems.
I’ve learned so much and I was able to work with a couple of the experts and get some little tweaks done to our system to make it even better.

Networking
We kicked off the conference with a welcome evening at the Hilton Scottsdale Resort, featuring a buffet and networking opportunities. Attendees received their name tags and were introduced to our event app, which included the conference agenda, venue information, staff bios, session details, and attendee information to facilitate networking.
On Day 2, we spent the evening at The Barn, Desert Foothills, where we were welcomed by Burrito, our Beer Burro, and treated to a stunning sunset over the valley. The evening continued with a buffet and games, including traditional cornhole and tomahawk toss.
What’s wonderful about being in the space with other FleetWave users is that I’m learning about things that might not have occurred to me that seem very simple to others, and I think we can play off of each other’s strengths that way and it’s an absolutely great networking opportunity.

Sustainable Welcome Packs
As an organization, we believe that creating a more sustainable world is essential for future generations to thrive. We are committed to environmentally responsible business practices and have implemented several initiatives in recent years. These include planting trees for our customers, going digital with our brochures, and achieving carbon-neutral status.
Additionally, we decided to plant a tree for each attendee of our global conferences. To date, we have planted 104 trees, which will collectively capture 164 tonnes of carbon over their lifetimes.
Our conference welcome packs offered our customers purposeful and sustainable items for use during the event. In partnership with BambuuBrush, we included biodegradable toothbrushes and climate-neutral dentatabs. We also provided plantable notebooks, biodegradable pens, and plantable pencils from SproutWorld.
