From October 14-15, we hosted our 3rd Annual EMEA Customer Conference in Oxford, UK, a historic city renowned for its world-famous university, stunning architecture, and rich cultural heritage and our attendees rated the event an outstanding 4.8 out of 5 stars!

Our agenda included a rich mix of educational workshops, product demonstrations, and breakout sessions led by our expert team. Key highlights included:

  • Business Update
  • Customer Success Update
  • Product Innovations Showcase
  • Smart Integrate Workshop
  • SmartForms Tutorial
  • Reporting & KPI Best Practices
  • FleetWave Store Training
  • Screen Design & Dashboard Configuration

The conference reinforced our commitment to providing innovative solutions and practical insights to help our customers manage their fleets more efficiently and effectively.

Attending events like this allows me to stay informed about the tools and functionality the system offers now and in the future that can improve efficiency and support our business goals.

Tracey Hill
BC Hydro

It’s been fantastic to see new parts of the system in action and to have the chance to ask the Chevin experts questions. The networking opportunities with other fleet operators using the system have also been invaluable.

It’s a good opportunity to get face to face with the Chevin team and get first-hand information and training.

Ask the Expert

Our in-person “Ask the Expert” sessions returned by popular demand, offering 30-minute one-on-one consultations to help customers get the most out of their FleetWave platform.

These sessions provided  tailored advice on reporting, configuration, and workflow improvements, allowing attendees to make live updates to their systems and walk away with tangible improvements.

I would definitely recommend attending the Conference, we got a lot out of it. It was fantastic having the experts on hand, and discovering smaller features we might not have thought to ask about. Everything we needed and more was covered today.

Evening Entertainment

We kicked off the event with a lively networking evening at the Flight Club Darts bar, where attendees had the chance to meet new contacts, strengthen existing connections, and enjoy some friendly games.

It was a great chance to break the ice before diving into a few days of sessions, discussions, and knowledge sharing.

I came to the Conference last year and I was keen to come again this year. It’s been just as useful to go through all the new features, and to have the opportunity to interact with the Chevin staff, but also the other users. There’s other users here from different Ambulance Departments which is great because we can discuss the different ways that we use FleetWave, and different ways that it benefits us as an Ambulance Trust. So, it’s been really great.

Sustainability

We are committed to creating a more sustainable world and integrating environmentally responsible practices into everything we do. Our Conference welcome packs reflected this ethos, offering attendees practical, eco-friendly items including:

  • Bamboo toothbrushes
  • Denttabs
  • Plantable notebooks
  • Plantable pencils
  • Eco wireless charging bags
  • Sweets

Additionally, a tree was planted for every attendee via our partners, MoreTrees as part of our ‘Trees for Fleets’ initiative.  This year, we planted 36 trees, which will offset 65 tonnes of CO₂ over their lifetimes, which is the equivalent of 241,000 vehicle miles! To date, we have planted 1,348 trees, collectively capturing over 2,000 tonnes of CO2.

Customer Feedback

With an outstanding 4.8 out of 5 stars, the conference clearly delivered tangible value, helping attendees enhance their knowledge, expand their networks, and enhance their operation.

It’s great to see Chevin continuing to drive improvements in the system – we will regard you now as a partner rather than a supplier.
