From September 15–17, we hosted our 10th Annual US Customer Conference in Fort Worth, Texas, a city celebrated for its western charm and historic Stockyards district, and our attendees rated the event an outstanding 4.8 out of 5 stars!

The conference welcomed over 60 participants from 18 companies, collectively managing nearly a quarter of a million vehicles, providing an invaluable opportunity for knowledge-sharing and networking.

Welcome Reception

We kicked off the conference with a lively welcome evening at the AC Downtown Fort Worth, featuring a buffet and plenty of networking opportunities.

Attendees collected their name badges and explored our event app, which offered the full conference agenda, venue details, staff bios, session information, and attendee profiles, making it easier than ever to connect and collaborate.

Educational Workshops

Our agenda included a rich mix of educational workshops, product demonstrations, and breakout sessions led by our expert team. Key highlights included:

  • Business Update
  • Customer Success Update
  • Product Innovations Showcase
  • Smart Integrate Workshop
  • SmartForms Tutorial
  • Reporting & KPI Best Practices
  • FleetWave Store Training
  • Screen Design & Dashboard Configuration

The conference reinforced our commitment to providing innovative solutions and practical insights to help our customers manage their fleets more efficiently and effectively.

I’ve been attending the conferences for 7 or 8 years now. I enjoy coming to them. I feel this is the most important Conference for myself as the Fleet Director to be at. I would definitely recommend the Conference for people that are currently using it or considering using it. It shows a lot of the upcoming features and gives you insight into who is using it, and how they are using it. I’m able to speak with other people and see how they do their operations in FleetWave, hear ideas that I didn’t even consider, and share the ideas that we have with other people.

Industry Insights

This year’s Fireside Chat featured our customers Thomas Kuryla, Director of Fleet Operations at Wake County Government, Nija Ali Williams, Director of Fleet Management at DC Water, and our CFO Christopher Lloyd. They discussed key topics such as compliance, mobile technology adoption, reporting and analytics, and the everyday challenges of managing fleets in a rapidly changing world.

The session provided practical, real-world insights from peers and industry experts, giving attendees actionable ideas to improve their own operations. By hearing directly from fellow fleet leaders and our leadership team, participants gained perspectives on problem-solving, best practices, and strategies that can be applied immediately within their organisations.

Ask the Expert

Our in-person “Ask the Expert” sessions returned by popular demand, offering 30-minute one-on-one consultations to help customers navigate and optimise their FleetWave platform.

These sessions provided bespoke advice on reporting, customisation, and workflow improvements, allowing attendees to make live updates to their systems and walk away with tangible improvements.

The Ask the Expert sessions are a must! I attended two separate sessions that helped make instant improvements to our FleetWave dashboard. I definitely recommend it, there’s a lot of good context and information.

Evening Entertainment

On Day 2, attendees enjoyed an evening at the River Ranch Stockyards, where they were welcomed by a trick roper before settling in for a buffet and a series of interactive games, including cornhole, axe throwing, and target shooting.

Beyond the fun, the evening fostered informal networking, allowing participants to exchange experiences and learn from other companies’ approaches to fleet management.

Being able to talk with other companies and see how they do things really helps.

Sustainability

We are committed to creating a more sustainable world and integrating environmentally responsible practices into everything we do. Our Conference welcome packs reflected this ethos, offering attendees practical, eco-friendly items including:

  • Bamboo toothbrushes
  • Denttabs
  • Plantable notebooks
  • Plantable pencils
  • Eco wireless charging bags
  • Sweets

Additionally, a tree was planted for every attendee via our partners, MoreTrees, as part of our ‘Trees for Fleets’ initiative.  This year, we planted 60 trees, which will offset 88.5 tonnes of CO₂ over their lifetimes, which is the equivalent of 328,000 vehicle miles! To date, we have planted 1,348 trees, collectively capturing over 2,000 tonnes of CO2.

Customer Feedback

The conference received an outstanding 4.8 out of 5 stars, reflecting the tangible value attendees gained in learning, networking, and enhancing their operations.

My team has completely shifted their perspective of the platform due to the detailed briefings. Nicely done!
