Meet our EU Customer Conference Industry Speakers

Our Chevin Customer Conference is the ultimate training and networking event for FleetWave users. Our exclusive conference will grant all attendees access to a wealth of educational content, personalized training workshops, 1-1 tech slots and bespoke break-out sessions. Get to know the industry experts who will be speaking at our conference this year:

Paul Hollick, Managing Director of Lightfoot, a key partner to Chevin and Chairman of the Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP) and Lorna McAtear, Head of Fleet, National Grid will be hosting a keynote speech and industry panel on the challenges of electrifying commercial fleets and the important role that driver based telematics has.

Neale Copeland, Head of Fleet (UK, Middle East & Ireland), OCS Group Ltd and FleetWave user will be presenting a session on understanding how fleet meets and aligns with the key business metrics using data led decision making.

We are delighted to welcome prestigious industry experts in Paul and Lorna to share their vast expertise on electrification, technology and sustainability, together with our loyal customer Neale from OCS, sharing his experience of managing a diverse fleet, using FleetWave to make effective data-driven decisions.

As Managing Director of Lightfoot and Chairman of the AFP, Paul is a recognised industry figure, panellist and presenter at various domestic and international conferences. Paul is widely regarded as an expert in Maas/Big data solutions, electric vehicle deployment and managing businesses to reach the peak of their potential.

Paul has had a diverse career and has held senior board roles within retail, OEM, leasing, fleet management, fuel, mobility, telematics and technology businesses.

 

Lorna McAtear

Winner of the Barbara Cox – Woman of the Year 2021 and GreenFleet’s Outstanding Achievement award 2022, Lorna joined E.ON as an IT Project Manager before moving to the fleet team to head up group-wide telematics and carbon reduction projects, subsequently being appointed Commercial Vehicle Manager.  Having worked in Germany on a global fleet project she returned to the UK and joined Royal Mail in 2014.   Whilst there she led on the Optimise Prime project, the largest commercial electric vehicle project in the UK.  In August 2019 she joined National Grid as Fleet Manager and has spearheaded many activities, more recently presenting at key events such as ITT hub, fully charged and COP26.  She holds an international CPC, is a regular and respected contributor at industry conferences and round tables, on the board of the AFP and is a judge for the Fleet News Fleet awards.

Having worked at several major organisations and led on several electric vehicle related projects including Optimise Prime, Lorna joined National Grid in August 2019 as Fleet Manager.  She is a board member of the AFP.  She is also the winner of the Barbara Cox – Woman of the Year 2021 and GreenFleet’s Outstanding Achievement award 2022.

Neale has worked in Asset & Fleet Management since 1980 in a variety of disciplines. Staring in Aviation, purchasing assets and providing in house maintenance services. Before moving onto a major aviation ground support equipment leasing company providing full turnkey solutions to global customers. He then moved into the UK Vehicle market with a construction company before becoming Head of Fleet at  the OCS Group Ltd.  A facilities management company who have recently been acquired by a private equity firm and are currently transforming fleet provision for over 2000 vehicles. Neale is also very passionate about decarbonization.
