Chevin Fleet Solutions is set to spotlight real-world success stories at its upcoming North America Customer Conference, with standout “FleetWave in Action” sessions. Bringing together industry leaders and experienced users, the session will offer attendees a practical look at how businesses are maximising the value of FleetWave in their day-to-day operations.

The sessions will feature three expert speakers sharing their experiences, best practices, and lessons learned from using FleetWave across complex fleet environments.

Justin Mahana, Administrator of Corporate Fleet Management at Southwest Gas Corporation, will discuss how he supports enterprise fleet operations through system optimisation, standardisation, and compliance oversight. His work has focused on enhancing FleetWave utilisation, improving replacement planning, and driving data-led process improvements across the organisation.

Joining him is Justin Hudson, Vice President of Fleet Maintenance at Beacon Mobility. Hudson oversees a vast operation, leading nearly 600 employees with full P&L responsibility for an $80 million budget. Managing more than 14,450 vehicles across 116 locations in 23 states, he will provide insight into how FleetWave supports operational performance at scale.

Also representing Beacon Mobility is Fredery Martinez, Parts Director and FMIS Admin Trainer. Martinez plays a critical role in managing a large-scale supply chain operation, overseeing inventory across 116 locations with a value of nearly $400,000. He is focused on optimising parts availability, streamlining management processes, and leading technician training to ensure teams fully leverage their fleet management system.

Beyond the “FleetWave in Action” sessions, the Conference will also feature a fireside chat with Chevin’s Chief Revenue Officer, Christopher Lloyd, and Meaghan Morgan, Business Analyst at Nashville Electric Service. Morgan plays a key role in supporting fleet operations and system utilisation within a major municipal utility, with a focus on driving efficiency, strengthening processes, and ensuring teams are fully equipped to maximise the value of their fleet management technology. Her primary responsibilities include the maintenance and improvement of technology solutions used in fleet, such as FleetWave, as well as utilising telematics data to drive decision-making.

Together, the speakers will offer attendees a unique, behind-the-scenes perspective on how FleetWave is being used to solve real operational challenges, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable results.

The “FleetWave in Action” session promises to be a key highlight of the conference, giving customers the opportunity to learn directly from peers, gain actionable insights, and discover new ways to maximise the impact of their fleet management strategies.
