We spoke with Brooke Benkert, Director of Fleet Operations at Revolv, to understand the impact FleetWave has had on their operations. “We are a turnkey end-to-end solution for electric vehicles. We purchase, upfit, lease vehicles to our customers and then we help maintain them throughout the lifecycle. We are currently only electric vehicles and we’re approaching 50 live vehicles today.”
Challenges

Despite being a small startup, “We only have 26 employees. Every single one of them has a login. They can go in and find anything they need to know about any vehicle, any service, work order, status. It’s fantastic.” Brooke Remarked. She highlighted that the most utilized features include scheduled maintenance and automated notifications, “I would say scheduled maintenance and automated notifications is what we get the most use out of. It’s a massive time saver. I don’t spend my time answering questions. I direct people to the system and they can find anything they want to know.”
Brooke’s passion for FleetWave is evident; she has been using the system extensively and knows it inside out. She also appreciates the reliable support that comes with the platform: “I’ve never reached out and not received an answer. If they don’t know the answer, they chase it down and get back to me.”
