What to Expect at FAPT 2025?

Now in its 76th year, the FAPT Conference continues to be a must-attend event for transportation directors, fleet managers, and industry vendors supporting safe, reliable, and efficient student transport.

This year’s agenda includes:

• Sunday, June 15: The conference kicks off with a pre-conference Technology Showcase by district and vendor partners, followed by an evening reception to meet and greet attendees.
• Monday, June 16: The day begins with a welcome and keynote speaker, followed by sessions designed to keep you informed on new ideas and challenges in the field. The evening concludes with a reception to thank our vendor sponsors.
• Tuesday, June 17: The morning features more topical sessions, leading into the vendor trade show in the afternoon.
• Wednesday, June 18: Attendees can participate in concurrent sessions focusing on leadership, fleet, routing, and safety. The day wraps up with an enjoyable paradise-themed evening banquet sponsored by FTS, Matthews, and Sunstate.
• Thursday, June 19: The conference concludes with a session to reinforce the topics discussed throughout the week.
