Workshops can stay informed on part availability to help ensure items are available in time for scheduled jobs. Parts can have minimum and maximum stock levels set to alert you on when to re-order.
Purchase orders for parts can be generated, and you can also manage the approval process. Meanwhile invoice matching tools allow you to match purchase orders with invoices received.
Parts can easily be added to job cards (work orders) to track usage and update the stock levels. Optional integrations are also available with external parts suppliers.
