RoadFlex integration now available in the FleetWave Store
Bringing fuel transaction data and fleet costs together with FleetWave’s RoadFlex integration, now available in the FleetWave Store.
Designed to give fleet teams a more complete picture of fuel spend and vehicle costs, the integration brings RoadFlex fuel card transaction data into FleetWave, helping customers make better use of the financial and operational information already being generated across their fleet.
One connected view of fuel spend and fleet performance
RoadFlex is a company card and fuel payments platform built for fleets. Used by thousands of fleets across the US, RoadFlex provides a Visa-accepted fleet card with real-time spend controls, fraud prevention, fuel discounts of up to 25 cents per gallon, and automated financial reporting.
Now, FleetWave customers using RoadFlex can connect the two platforms directly, bringing itemized fuel transaction data into their existing fleet management environment.
The result is a more joined-up view of fuel spend, vehicles, maintenance and compliance, without the need to switch between separate systems or manually reconcile fuel card statements.
Turn fuel card data into actionable fleet insight
Once connected, RoadFlex fuel card transaction data including fuel type, volume, location and cost, flows directly into FleetWave vehicle records.
This gives fleet managers greater visibility into where and how fuel is being purchased, while connecting fuel expenditure with the wider vehicle information already held in FleetWave.
With itemized transactions matched to vehicles, fleet teams can:
- Eliminate manual fuel card statement reconciliation
- Get a clearer picture of fuel expenditure by vehicle
- Identify potential fraud or misuse with greater context
- Strengthen whole-life cost reporting and analysis
By bringing fuel data together with maintenance, compliance and other vehicle information, FleetWave customers can make more informed decisions about fleet costs and vehicle performance.
Less administration. More connected fuel data.
The integration is designed to make life easier for fleet teams by removing manual steps from the process of managing fuel transaction data.
There is no need for custom development, spreadsheets or manual statement reconciliation. Once connected, RoadFlex transaction data can flow directly into the relevant FleetWave vehicle records.
For existing FleetWave customers already using RoadFlex, the integration can be activated using existing RoadFlex API credentials.
And for fleets that have not yet adopted a modern fuel card solution, the launch provides another opportunity to explore how connected fuel and payment data can support better cost control, fraud prevention and fleet reporting.
