Booking time with your colleagues has never been easier…
Just follow these simple instructions…
From your inbox, select your Outlook calendar at the bottom left-hand side of the screen.
Then double-click on the date you wish to book a meeting, and select ‘Invite Attendees’. Add your colleague’s e-mail address to the ‘Required’ bar:
Select ‘Scheduling Assistant’ on the top menu bar, as indicated below:
This will redirect you to a page that displays your colleague’s existing commitments, allowing you to plan your meeting for a mutually convenient time.
This tool also works for meeting rooms, allowing you to see what space is available and when.
