We are yet to confirm a new date for our conference.

…but we are keeping a very close eye on the situation

At present we are unable to advise new dates, however, will be in touch to discuss alternative options as soon as possible. Please note that this is unlikely to be until the ongoing  coronavirus pandemic draws to a close, as to avoid further disruption.

Moving forwards, all tickets purchased pre-pandemic will be automatically transferred to our new dates and our original terms of contract – including cancellation flexibility – will be honored.

We have also made a commitment to The Westin Austin Downtown, meaning that our host venue will stay the same. In line with the hotel’s T&Cs, all accommodation booked for our original dates can be cancelled free of charge.

For those who have not yet purchased tickets, but still wish to, our registration site will re-open as soon as we are able to start planning again, and we will honor all prices previously advertised.

We will be keeping a very close eye on the situation as it develops and want to thank you for your understanding and patience at this time.
