Online training resource helps fleets maximise software
The Chevin Academy is designed to help all FleetWave customers learn how to make the most of their software
The Online training resource consists of a detailed library of video tutorials and has developed to cover frequently asked support questions about the FleetWave system. It also offers extensive guidance about how to maximise its potential.
With the help of our fleet customers, the Academy has been developed over the last two years and is now being made available to users across the globe.
Managing director Ashley Sowerby explained:
“Over the last few years, we have found that tutorial videos are usually the best way to guide customers through answers to common questions or to make their fleet software use even more effective.
“The videos that we have created have been very well received and we are sure that the Academy will quickly become recognised as a valuable resource for users.”
FleetWave customers can currently access more than 70 tutorial videos via Chevin Academy.
In keeping with our ongoing focus on interactive development, we have alsop provided a platform for customers to provide direct feedback on the content and log their own video requests.
The launch of the Academy is part of a general strategy to increase the level of support offered to our FleetWave users, including the recent “rebooting” of our customer support team with a new structure and new appointments.
