Chevin wins ‘Innovation in Mobile Comms’ award at FleetWorld Honours 2018
Chevin has been recognised at FleetWorld’s 2018 ‘Honours’ awards ceremony, for the second consecutive year.
The 2018 ceremony, which was held at the Royal Auotmobile Club in London’s Pall Mall on Tuesday 13th February, bore witness to 31 award presentations that were categorised assigned under ‘Car’, ‘Manufacturer’ or ‘Innovation’ – and our brand-new mobile app, FleetWave Forms, won in the category Innovation in Mobile Comms.
Judged by an expert panel of FleetWorld Editors, the awards recognise innovative new products and services which cut costs, streamline operations and contribute to safer, more fuel-efficient fleets.
The Innovation in Mobile Comms. award recognises FleetWave Forms’ unique customisable capabilities, and its ability to tackle more than just day-to-day driver duties.
On presenting the award, the judges said:
“Chevin claims a 92% reduction in admin spend for its new mobile application, compared to manual or paper-based forms. It’s a flexible tool which enables businesses to design bespoke forms for field-based staff.
“In turn, it means they can send and receive detailed, business-critical information quickly and easily via the cloud-based FleetWave software. A range of templates are also included for immediate use.”
On accepting the award, David Gladding, Global Sales and Marketing Director at Chevin, said:
“We are thrilled to receive another accolade at FleetWorld’s annual awards ceremony, this time recognising Chevin’s brand-new mobile application FleetWave Forms.
“This award is a testament to all of our hard work over the past 12-months, and I’d like to thank every member of the Chevin team for their hard work.”
