It has been another fantastic year for Chevin
…and our business is showing no signs of slowing down!
Over the past 12-months, we have celebrated success after success – including being named as Derbyshire’s ‘Business of the Year’ – and, as the year draws to a triumphant close, there’s a strong promise of what’s to come.
Ashley Sowerby, Managing Director at Chevin, said:
“In September, we celebrated our 27th year and as we enter the next, we will continue to invest in both the Chevin team and our FleetWave product. But that’s not all – we will also expand into new horizons, launching new and innovative fleet management solutions.
“The past 12-months has represented a number of things for Chevin, including 21% global business growth, which has added fuel to the fire as we move into the New Year.
“First and foremost, the Chevin team will work to ensure that all of our clients – both new and existing – have access to the very latest in fleet management technology, and are fully prepared for the changes ahead.
“On a global scale, we now support over 380 clients and 1,000,000+ vehicles.”
Just some of the Company’s 2017 highlights include new business-boosting partnerships; a number of product enhancements that incorporate the latest internet technologies; team expansion on a global scale; support of local initiatives and fundraising events; and gaining recognition as a software supplier for the DVSA’s new ‘Earned Recognition’ pilot scheme.
On top of that, we also won a number of industry-renowned awards, including:
Corp America – Best Fleet Software Provider 2017
East Midlands Chamber – Business of the Year
East Midlands Chamber – Excellence in International Trade
Fleet World Honours 2017 – Innovation in Risk Management
BusinessCar Technology Awards – Best Fleet Management System
GreenFleet Awards – IT Innovation (commended)
Ashley went on to say that in light of the new budget that was released last month and regulations that have been proposed for the coming years, there’s a lot that the fleet industry needs to consider.
“However, no matter how the next generation of fleet presents itself, Chevin will be ready to support its global client base.”
And there’s a lot of exciting new product announcements in the pipeline for 2018 …so watch this space!
