Working conditions and environment can have a huge impact on mental health and, equally, someone\u2019s mental health can have a significant impact on their ability to perform well in their job.<\/p>\n

With as many as\u00a01 in 6 Australians experiencing a mental illness<\/a>, the aggregate cost is enormous, not only to individuals and those closest to them but also to businesses.<\/p>\n
