We are moving to Microsoft Azure<\/h2>\n

During\u202f the upcoming months, we will be migrating all customer data from our current Australian data centre to Microsoft\u2019s world-class Azure data centre in Victoria.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Our Azure infrastructure will benefit from full redundancy, and should the data centre above suffer interruption, Australian services will failover to New South Wales.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Delivering a more robust, scalable hosting platform for the future,\u00a0this significant investment\u00a0will\u00a0accommodate\u00a0our\u00a0continued<\/span>\u00a0growth.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What are the benefits?<\/h4>\n

The new platform will provide more resources, redundancy, and data storage capacity.<\/p>\n

We will also be upgrading to the latest version of SQL Server database management software, to ensure you have access to the most robust and high-performance product experience.<\/p>\n

The Azure platform offers\u202fbest in class backups, disaster recovery\u202fcapabilities and a high-level of\u202fISO and SOC compliance.\u202f<\/p>\n

We expect to see significant performance enhancements over time, particularly to deal with unexpected spikes in usage.<\/p>\n

Who will be affected?<\/h4>\n

All\u00a0<\/span>of our<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>hosted<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>customers will benefit from this move.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

What is the plan?<\/h4>\n

The migration will take place in phases, and we will contact you\u00a0at least\u00a0two weeks before work commences to confirm your maintenance window.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

During\u00a0your\u00a0maintenance window, to facilitate the transfer of data between the old and new data centres,\u202f<\/span>the system will be taken offline\u202f<\/span><\/b>and will not be accepting logins.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note that this will also impact\u00a0all\u00a03rd party system integrations\u00a0in terms of sending or retrieving data.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All API requests will be refused during\u00a0migration,\u00a0and a\u00a0maintenance page will appear in place of the normal login page,\u00a0advising users of this.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

What should I expect post-migration?<\/h4>\n

The most significant change as a result of the migration will be a new FleetWave URL, which we will confirm in a separate e-mail prior to the migration taking place.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All users will need to update any shortcuts that they use to access FleetWave, <\/span>including those saved to tablets and terminals used by your technicians if you use The Hub.<\/p>\n

If you have an integration built\u00a0directly\u00a0with\u00a0us,\u00a0you may need to\u00a0take into account\u00a0the change to the FleetWave URL.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
