Headquartered in San Francisco, the company offers comprehensive fleet electrification solutions, handling everything from vehicle procurement to charging infrastructure installation and maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>Revolv distinguishes itself by providing a fully integrated, technology-agnostic service that covers all aspects of fleet management, ensuring that companies can decarbonize without compromising operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>We spoke with Brooke Benkert, Director of Fleet Operations at Revolv, to understand the impact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chevinfleet.com\/en-au\/products\/fleetwave\/\">FleetWave<\/a> has had on their operations. \u201c<em>We are a turnkey\u00a0end-to-end solution for electric vehicles. We purchase, upfit, lease vehicles to our customers\u00a0and then we help maintain them throughout the lifecycle. Prior to adopting FleetWave, Revolv was relying on spreadsheets, which made it difficult to track fleet performance and lifecycle status. Brooke remarked, <em>\u201cIt brought a lot of organization and automation just in tracking overall fleet location; it\u2019s a night-and-day difference.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Despite being a small startup<em>, \u201cWe only have 26 employees. Every single\u00a0one of them has a login. They can go in and find anything they need to know about any vehicle, any service, work order, status. It&#8217;s fantastic.\u201d <\/em>Brooke Remarked. She highlighted that the most utilized features include scheduled maintenance and automated notifications, <em>\u201cI would say scheduled maintenance and\u00a0automated notifications is what we get the most use out of. It&#8217;s a massive time saver. I\u00a0don&#8217;t spend my time answering questions. I direct people to the system and they can find anything they\u00a0want to know.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Brooke\u2019s passion for FleetWave is evident; she has been using the system extensively and knows it inside out. She also appreciates the reliable support that comes with the platform: <em>\u201cI\u2019ve never reached out and not received an answer. If they don&#8217;t know the answer, they chase it down and get back to me.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conclusion <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The adoption of FleetWave has revolutionized Revolv\u2019s fleet management, transforming their operations from manual, spreadsheet-based tracking to a fully automated, efficient system.
