This digital transformation provided real-time data and improved visibility across the fleet. Fredery highlights the immediate impact:\u00a0<em>\u201cNow we\u2019re able to see live data \u2013 live technicians working \u2013 everything\u2019s visible today.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Impact<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When asked about the primary benefit of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chevinfleet.com\/en-au\/products\/fleetwave\/\">FleetWave<\/a>, Fredery emphasized the value of real-time information:\u00a0<em>\u201cEverything is live data. The managers at the shop can actually see live and accurate data coming from the technicians.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Initially, some technicians were hesitant to transition from manual methods to a digital platform. However, Fredery noted that once the system was introduced, the response was overwhelmingly positive:\u00a0<em>\u201cI haven\u2019t had any pushbacks. Once they got it, the adaptation has been great.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>He also highlighted the flexibility of the FleetWave Technician App:\u00a0<em>\u201cWe can give a technician a tablet, and they can handle everything through the Technician App. For instance, when doing a preventative maintenance service, they can build and follow a custom checksheet based on the vehicle and service type.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Beacon Mobility\u2019s FMIS Trainer also praised our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chevinfleet.com\/en-au\/products\/fleetwave-technician\/\">FleetWave Technician App<\/a>, stating: <em>\u201cIt\u2019s increased our efficiency in the shop from paperwork orders to whiteboards on the wall to using Technician in a tablet and keeping the technician at the vehicle rather than running all over the shop and filling out a paper check sheet on a clipboard.\u00a0<strong>So it\u2019s increased efficiency 10 to 20% at least.\u201d<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>He also noted,<em>\u00a0\u201cThe primary benefit that I would see from FleetWave is having one source of truth; everything feeds into it, and everything feeds out of it.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Fredery concluded,\u00a0<em>\u201cI would recommend Chevin, it\u2019s a great system, I actually love it.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0Another FMIS Trainer further elaborated,\u00a0<em>\u201cI would recommend Chevin because of the configurability and customization.
