Duty Of Care

All of our Fleet Management Software has been designed to help you manage your duty of care responsibilities, both to your drivers and to the public.

Chevin Fleet Solutions created a Fleet Safety Advisory Panel, choosing experts in the field of road risk, including members from RoSpa, FIA Foundation and RoadSafe. The aim of this panel is to provide detailed information and advice on how we can help those responsible for not only the fleet but managing road risk as a whole, to lower those risks and manage the information to ensure compliance and help them to run a safer fleet operation.

To further enhance our software we have previously sponsored a series of seminars to both educate fleet managers and senior managers and to learn from their experiences to provide the tools they needed to cope with the responsibilities of current and future legislation, including corporate manslaughter.

To ease the burden on fleet managers, these emails and SMS messages (even direct access via PDA) are sent automatically to the Drivers/line managers to advise them of due dates for all of the important events listed above. The overall aim is keeping them informed and you in control.
