RoadBASE meets all of Stamford's current and emerging fleet and maintenance management requirements

We were continually populating spreadsheets for the sake of it, ending up with never-ending lists and records, which were often irrelevant and difficult to sort through. FleetWave stood out as the only solution in the market that was capable of handling the diverse demands we would place on it. We needed a one-stop-shop that we could rely on to manage data across all of our departments, capture all of our fleet details and provide us with up-to-date accurate information in real time. With FleetWave in place, we've been able to identify inefficiencies across divisions, so that we can address these issues while improving our processes. This has enabled us to realign our company-wide strategies in tune with what's really going on with our fleet. Administrative hours have been significantly reduced now that vendor information has been automatically integrated with our own internal fleet information such as purchase orders and invoicing. We're able to easily generate accurate reports that meet our ever changing needs. Not only does this allow us to trouble shoot and perform "what-if queries", but we can also leverage any information relating to vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, etc. to support whatever reporting needs we want

Before the implementation of FleetWave, it was often impossible to make informed fact-based decisions. There was a distinct lack of visibility over all of the individual elements which make up a fleets program, the Smithsonian’s Facility based systems weren’t built for that purpose and our stand-alone spreadsheets just couldn’t meet our needs as an organisation. Post-implementation, it’s a different story altogether as we’ve clearly achieved a recognizable return on our investment in migrating to FleetWave. We now have complete control over all costs and a much better understanding of our operational efficiencies, this was impossible without FleetWave.

The new system, FleetWave, provides updated technology allowing Tropical to complete maintenance tasks in a more efficient manner. By having FleetWave as a universal maintenance management system, we will be able to maintain our competitive edge and continue to make progress in obtaining our strategic initiatives.
