Customer Liaison Manager

New UK Customer Liaison Manager

I'm Sarah Ivins (sarah.ivins@chevinfleet.com) and my new position at Chevin is Customer Liaison Manager.

I will be a central point of contact for any questions or needs etc that you have, outside of support.

I intend to be contacting each of you individually during the next couple of months, either by phone or calling in for a brief chat, to check that everything is ok for you and to see if there is anything more that Chevin can do for you.

Many of you might already know me, or at least have spoken to me, as I have been with Chevin Fleet Solutions for 2 years now working in Software Support and Training. This experience has given me an in-depth knowledge of how our systems work, knowledge which hopefully I can use to benefit your organisation.
