Chevin Fleet Solutions have today signed off the accounts on their best ever year. A strong performance from their UK operation combined with significant growth from Chevin North America, have ensured that the combined group performance simply goes from strength to strength. Focused exclusively on Fleet Management and related software, Chevin have enjoyed 11 consecutive years of growth with sales doubling on average every 3 years. Much of the more recent success is attributed to their FleetWave® system, which was the world’s first truly web-based Fleet Solution when it was launched in 2001. FleetWave’s uniquely flexible approach to meeting client requirements means that Chevin are able to deliver projects that fit clients needs much more closely and in much less time than competitive systems. To support this development, Chevin have also expanded their support, development, project management and sales teams in both UK and US, and are currently evaluating sites for relocation to support future expansion. The recruitment process continues as Chevin now look to expand their Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams in the UK and Europe. Ashley Sowerby, Managing Director and CEO of Chevin Fleet Solutions, commented 'This performance reflects the hard work and effort that have gone into Chevin’s products and services over recent years, which has been a true team effort. Our selection by such world-class organisations as General Motors, UN World Food Programme, Saint Gobain, United Agri Products and Unipart confirms to me our significant standing within the Fleet Industry. Increasingly we are finding that the number of inward enquiries, particularly by referral from existing clients, has grown significantly. Many of our more recent clients have had poor experiences with other solutions, such as high-costs and slow-delivery of system changes. Feedback from our recent customer survey showed to me a high-level of customer satisfaction with both our products and services. Service is an area in which Chevin invests highly, and a number of client-facing initiatives have helped us deliver a first-class service. For example, using our WINCAS system clients are able to monitor the progress of their projects and support items, either actively by logging into the system, or passively through daily ‘push-reports’.' Ashley continued 'Recent product enhancements, including improved dashboard reporting; document management library developments; PDA functionality and full P11d (additional benefits) reporting; continue to expand the boundaries to include an increasing number of Asset Management and Enterprise functions across an organisations operation. Increasingly we find that clients are benefiting from our unique ability to promote and deliver best-practice processes; through using our products, training and seminars' 'With our current high level of enquiries, projects and prospects I feel certain that 2007 will be an even stronger year. Our future plans include a number of significant developments that will ensure FleetWave® remains the market leading web-based solution for Fleet and Asset Management.'
