FleetWave - Web-Based Enterprise Fleet Management Solution

FleetWave® utilises the very latest technologies to provide comprehensive fleet management for all sizes of fleet operation, using an Internet or Intranet platform. FleetWave® is a web-based application (rather than a compromised 'web enabled' system), which means it can be accessed from anywhere in the world - the only requirement being an internet connection.

As with all Chevin products, FleetWave® is completely flexible and user definable where users can add their own fields, text, calculations, corporate branding and so on. Because the system is 'live', users are always viewing the most up-to-date , Real-Time and therefore accurate information.

As FleetWave® can be used internationally, country specific legislation requirements can be met and recorded for full organisational compliance. For example, in the UK this could be Duty of Care, Corporate Manslaughter legislation, P11d, London Congestion Charging and MID European 4th Directive.

Password controlled access can limit users to specific screens with personalised permissions. To ease manager's time, there is even a driver portal allowing drivers limited access to the system to input their own data including mileage, fuel, accident claims and ordering new vehicles.

Self-Service : Reports can be run by any member of the organisation. For example, a manager may wish to see the latest fuel issues or costs for his depot; or someone in HR can effortlessly run a P11d or P46 report themselves without having to ask drivers or fleet managers for information.
