Network Management
Chevin provides a platform for FleetWave® that includes high speed Internet connectivity; 24x7 monitoring; secure cabinets for equipment; fire and smoke detection, UPS power backup as well as physical and electronic security measures.
Operating System/Hardware Maintenance
Chevin provides experienced maintenance support of the operating system, database software and server hardware. Preventive maintenance periods are scheduled at convenient times for customers to mitigate system downtime.
Application and Database Administration
Chevin acts as a single point of contact for all network, hardware, application, operating system and database issues. With experienced database and FleetWave® administrators on staff, Chevin ensures a consistently high quality environment; performing system backup and recovery, security administration, application updates, performance tuning and monitoring, as well as troubleshooting and failure recovery.
Backup and Recovery
Chevin performs daily backups of FleetWave® using well defined procedures. Backup logs are maintained and files are stored off site on a weekly basis as an added measure of security. Restore procedures are performed regularly on a test system using production backup data to insure that Chevin is ready for any emergency situation that may arise.
Security Management
Chevin recognizes the importance of security to its customers and implements multiple applications and procedures to provide a secure environment.
