Introduction
Amtrak (National Railroad Passenger Corporation) is the quasi-governmental agency responsible for the passenger rail transportation across the US. Founded in 1971, Amtrak automotive fleet is responsible for the maintenance and oversight of more than 1,000 support vehicles across the country.
Client Brief
Amtrak established a Maintenance Control Center to schedule and manage internal and external fleet repairs and preventive maintenance.
