Telindus Chooses RoadBASE

ACFO member Telindus Limited has chosen Chevin Fleet Solutions’ RoadBASE® fleet software system to assist with the management of its fleet of approximately 120 vehicles.

Telindus is a group of companies offering ICT Solutions and Services on an international level, serving business, service provider and public market needs.

The Telindus fleet was previously managed using an outdated fleet management system and a number of Excel spreadsheets, which offered limited reporting capability and no real visibility of all the information required to manage the fleet.

RoadBASE® offers Telindus the ability:

- To record all fleet management information in a simple windows database

- To record all information on drivers to ensure ‘Duty of Care’ compliance

- To expand the system to match current and future requirements

- To provide diary event warnings (MOT, Tax, Service etc)

- To produce management reporting on all aspects of the fleet

- To produce P11d / P46 information

- To import and analyse fuel data from Arval
