New Sales & Marketing Manager at Chevin Fleet Solutions

Gavin Clark has been promoted to the role of Sales and Marketing Manager at Chevin Fleet Solutions.

Before joining Derbyshire-based Chevin's sales department three years ago, Gavin (32) worked in publishing.

He brings to his new role a unique insight into how the company works and says: "Since joining Chevin I have worked in both staff training and implementation of the software. As a result I’m fully aware of all aspects of how the software functions and the business as a whole.

"I intend to use this detailed knowledge to focus our marketing on the strengths of the software, bringing it to the attention of companies which are missing out on the huge benefits it can bring, or simply haven’t looked at the fleet software market for some years.

"Fleet software is now more an 'Enterprise' product than the traditional maintenance control software of the past. It now can push information on the whole fleet into many other aspects of the business, to really streamline data flow and increase efficiencies across the WHOLE company.

"Chevin has grown steadily year-on-year for the past five years and I look forward to continuing that pattern into the future. With more innovation and market-leading products in the pipeline, 2006+ will be better than ever for Chevin and its customers."
