Health and Safety issues top bill at FleetWave User Day

Health and safety will be firmly in the spotlight at Chevin Fleet Solutions' forthcoming user day for fleets using its online system FleetWave®. To be staged at Derby County Football Club's Pride Park Stadium on Wednesday July 6th, the event will feature a talk on Running Your Fleet Legally presented by the company’s sales manager Gavin Clark. Ashley Sowerby, Managing Director of Chevin – which recently formed its own internal Fleet Safety Advisory Panel populated by some of the UK’s top experts in fleet safety and compliance – said: "Fleet health and safety matters are now uppermost in operators’ minds, and rightly so. That’s why we’ve created a series of questions and fields within our software which forms an operating template, capable of keeping operators free from fear of prosecution. However operators still need to know the basics of legal fleet operation – hence the importance we’re giving to these issues at our user day."
